The National Weather Service has canceled a flood watch for the southern part of the state as rain is expected to end this morning. But, the threat of “ice jam flooding” has diminished in the area and the official watch is canceled. The latest rainfall totals reported by NWS Friday night show 1.36 inches in Danbury and Westport.
